• This is the first episode not to have the word "death" or the word "murder" in the title. The writing staff has remarked that they initially planned to give each episode a bizarrely macabre title, ala the old fashioned radio plays, but dropped the approach after the first four episodes because they were getting the episodes mixed up. "It was with this episode that we abandoned the ill conceived notion of giving the episodes ominous, old fashioned-radio-play-like titles. Looking back over titles that all contained 'murder' and 'death,' it just became too confusing to try to remember what the episode was about. Well, you gotta give us credit for trying something, right?" -Seth MacFarlane.
