Barry Lamar Bonds (born July 24, 1964) is an American former professional baseball left fielder who played 22 seasons in Major League Baseball with the Pittsburgh Pirates and San Francisco Giants. Bonds led a controversial career, notably as a central figure in baseball's steroids scandal.[1]
Stewie proposes using steroids to increase his bee's honey output in "Gronkowsbees", noting that he's using the same stuff that turned Barry Bonds' head into a giant, prize-winning squash. As he dumps the entire bottle into the hive, the scene shifts to Barry watching Family Guy with a pumpkin-shaped head, noting that he's using way too much steroids. A woman comes in and informs Barry that it is time for bed, blowing out a candle inside of his pumpkin-head and putting him to sleep.
