Bill Engvall is a stand-up comedian who gained notoriety by appearing with Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, and Larry the Cable Guy in the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. He currently stars in his own self-titled sitcom on TBS, The Bill Engvall Show.

He makes a guest voice appearance as Texas newsreader Duke Dillon in the episode Boys Do Cry.
