Story

A British man who wears a top hat, and who is also a buzz kill with horribly unfunny anecdotes.

A well-dressed British man from the early 20th century. His name is a play on the term "buzz-kill". He has so far appeared three times—in "Whistle While Your Wife Works", in "Believe it or Not, Joe's Walking on Air", and in "The Man with Two Brians". He is what one would imagine to be "cool" in early-20th-century times, but is a complete and utter buzz-kill by modern standards; hence his name, and from whence the humor surrounding him derives. Peter groans, lifts his glasses and rubs his eyes, like he has a migraine, at the end of all of Buzz's scenes.

(Peter is at a party with some anonymous friends; Buzz Killington enters and sits everybody down)
Buzz Killington: (Hands Peter a picture of a man riding a Penny Farthing bicycle.) Now, here's a fellow attempting to ride a bicycle. But he's having some trouble, isn't he? And do you know why?
Peter: (Sighs) Why?
Buzz Killington: Because he's a Scot! (laughs) Now, who here likes a good story about a bridge?
Peter: (Groans, lifts his glasses and rubs his eyes)

(Peter, Seth MacFarlane, and Cleveland sit in the bar interviewing Buzz to see if he will be Joe's replacement)
Peter: So, do you really think you're suited to be the fourth guy in our group, Buzz Killington?
Quagmire: Yeah, I mean, we mainly just sit here in the booth and crack jokes, but, you're kind of a buzz kill.
Buzz Killington: Oh, on the contrary, I've quite a mastery of the humorous yarn (laughs). For example, do any of you know the tale of how cornmeal came to be?
Cleveland, Quagmire and Peter: No, No, uh-uh no.
Buzz Killingon: Neither did the miller when he left his house that morning.

Stewie: Oh, God, he's a bigger buzzkill than Buzz Killington.

Stewie: Ahhhhhhh. (sighs and pinches sinuses like he has a migraine)
