Carlos Alazraqui

Carlos Alazraqui is an actor, comedian, impressionist and voice actor. He voiced Mr. Weed on Family Guy (1999-2001).  Alazraqui voiced a few other bit characters for Family Guy including Cheech Marin in the episode Wasted Talent.

Alazraqui has lent his voice acting talents to dozens of animated shows, but is probably best known for his role as Deputy Garcia on Reno 911! and the voice of the Taco Bell Chihuahua.  Other voice-over work includes roles on the animated series Phineas and Ferb, 'The Fairly Oddparents!, Rocko's Modern Life, Minoriteam, Sponebob Squarepants, Hey Arnold!, Handy Manny and Chowder.
