Carolyn has only once appeared in "Love Blactually". Carolyn becomes the girl of Brian's dreams and they were dating but there relationship ended at three weeks of dating. Since Brian hadn't tried anything for so long, she thought he just wanted to be friends with her. So she starts going out with Cleveland and having sex everywhere Brian Griffin and Stewie Griffin go. But in the end Carolyn ends up sleeping with Quagmire. She might have genital warts (Cleveland asks if Brian could identify one at the end of the episode).
