These are the enemies and antagonists of the Griffin family and various other characters. This category includes those that are both plainly evil and those that are good but antagonize the Griffins. Some reform into better characters in later episodes. Police officers, Social or Government employees or Military going about their normal routine are exempt from this classification as are the Griffins towards each other.
