A serial killer, he is seen in I Never Met the Dead Man when Peter decides that television is evil and described him as watching it in his cell all day long, he then appears in a cutaway saying "If I haven't seen it then it's new to me", although he didn't appear but the group of hippies he hired to be his family and do the murders were seen in another cutaway gag in which Peter says "I'm going to Sharon Tate's house for a party, you all can come just don't embarass me", this was a reference to the infamous Sharon Tate murder that they commited.
