Charlie is a 7 year old neighborhood bully that steals Stewie Griffin's tricycle in "The Kiss Seen Around the World". Stewie exacts revenge by capturing and almost torturing him. When Lois finds Charlie tied up, Stewie claims he's playing house with him. When she asks why, Stewie says it's a special game of house, set at the home of Roman Polanski.
