The infamous Cleveland Steamer has been referenced three times in Family Guy. In A Picture Is Worth a 1,000 Bucks, Mr. Saturday Knight and in Long John Peter. It is a deviant sexual act of defecating on one's partner's chest. In Mr. Saturday Knight the term was actually slipped past the censors who were unaware of its meaning. They have since forbade its repeat.
