Cobra Commander is the leader of the evil Cobra in the G.I. Joe A Real American Hero cartoon. And in the PTV episode is seen as the Chairman of the FCC Board of Directors, in the episode he blasts to the company officials "You got to censor television you fools!" which leads to the main plotline of the FCC going over the roof with ridiclous censorship during the episode. He then runs to a COBRA Flight Pod and blasts out of the ceiling. He is yet to make another appearance on Family Guy.
