Compliment Guy is a really far away guy in one of the universes Brian and Stewie visit in "Road to the Multiverse". He is the only inhabitant of his universe and his sole job is to yell compliments from the distance. He was also shown in the Universe of Misleading Portraiture. Stewie Griffin seems to be very fond of him.
