Dan was a character who appeared in "Road to the North Pole". While Brian and Stewie Griffin, as Santa Claus, were putting the presents under the tree, he caught them in his house. Before he could call the police, he was beaten senseless by Stewie with a bat and tied up along with his wife. They taped his daughter's mouth shut and her to a chair.
