- When Brian records Mayor West and Meg at the restaurant he puts the recorder on the top of the booth. However when they leave the recorder is not there anymore.
- When Brian comes to see Mayor West about his parking ticket he stands next to the open door to Mayor Wests office while he talks to Meg. During the conversation with Meg the door changes position from being in front of Brian, to behind him, then back to in front.
- When Peter tells Brian to honk the horn at Lois he is seen on the left of the car when Lois waves but then when it goes to him again he is behind Brian.
