Don Most (born August 8, 1953) is an American actor best known for his role as Ralph Malph on the long-running television series Happy Days. He made an appearance in "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One". He voiced himself.
In the episode, Stewie Griffin revealed a rumor. The rumor was that once every 100 years in an area near Glenn Quagmire's cabin, he rises from the mist. The rumors were later proven true, accompanied by the eponymous song.
He is depicted as Malph on the stained glass windows of the Church of the Fonz in "The Father, the Son, and the Holy Fonz".
