Dotty Campbell is the mother in Quahog's family of nudists. Her husband is Dave Campbell and has two children, her son Jeff Campbell and another unnamed toddler.

They debuted in "From Method to Madness" when peter rescued Dave from drowning and discovered they were nudists when he invited the Griffins over for dinner.

In "Road to Europe", it is revealed she and Dave are KISS fans, like Peter and Lois Griffin. The four attended Kissfest. The Griffins eventually became friends with the Campbells, despite initial reactions to their choice of fashion.

She and her family appeared after a long absence in "Go, Stewie, Go!" to witness Meg Griffin making out with her new boyfriend, Anthony.

She is voiced by Jane Lynch.
