Dr. Michael Milano is an intern doctor at the Quahog Hospital. He is the first person that Meg sees when she awakes from her coma in the episode "Peter's Daughter".

Meg falls for the young doctor and the two end up going out on a date, much to Peter's disapproval. After Peter is found spying on the two at dinner, Michael says he can not continue their relationship.

Later on Meg believes she is pregnant so Peter goes to Michael's house with a shotgun to force him to marry Meg; on hearing the news however, Michael wishes to marry her. But later when Meg finds out that she is not actually pregnant and tells Michael at the altar, he abandons her and runs away.

Michael Milano is also mentioned by Meg in one of the Volume 3 Deleted Scenes that was in the American Dad Volume 1 DVD.
