Plot:

Peter, Joe, Quagmire, and Brian are at the Drunken Clam when Joe tells Peter that Horace has a Kathy Ireland cutout and later breaks it so he buries it. During their sex Peter finds a lump on Lois's breast (thinking it's a third boob), she goes to the doctor to test for cancer. The tests come back okay, but the doctor looks at her family medical history and reveals some news about Lois’ heritage: her mother was a Holocaust survivor, meaning that she was Jewish. Peter takes to the family’s newfound faith eagerly, but when he is visited by the ghost of his father, he changes his tune, going far enough to shoot at Lois. After a visit from an old friend, Peter and Lois agree to go back to the way things were.

Subplot: While Peter is going crazy about Lois' Heritage, Stewie is acting like Lois and taking the Jewish Heritage very happily (even winning a trophy for being the only one to kick the soccer ball in a soccer game). He also at one point in the episode pulls Meg's heart out of her body.
