Plot: Peter, Joe, Quagmire, and Brian are at the Drunken Clam when Joe tells Peter that Horace has a Kathy Ireland cutout. Peter starts dating the cardboard cutout, and has sex with it. Peter later breaks the Kathy Ireland cardboard cutout and buries it. Peter then apologizes to Lois for dating and having sex with the cardboard cutout, and Lois forgives Peter and they have sex. During their sex, Peter finds a lump on Lois' breast (Peter thinks it is a third boob), so Lois goes to the doctor to test for cancer. The tests come back fine, but the doctor looks at her family medical history and reveals some news about Lois’ heritage: her mother was a Holocaust survivor, meaning that she is Jewish. Peter takes to the family’s newfound faith eagerly, but when he is visited by the ghost of his father, he changes his tune, going far enough to shoot at Lois. After a visit from an old friend, Peter and Lois agree to go back to the way things were before.
Subplot: While Peter is going crazy about Lois' heritage, Stewie is acting like Lois and adapting to Judaism quite well.
