A Shot in the Dark airs December 6th, 2015 at 9:00/8:00C on FOX

When Peter’s couch is stolen from his front lawn, the guys form a neighborhood watch group. While on duty, Peter sees someone trying to climb into Cleveland’s house and he shoots him. Peter is then arrested and charged with a hate crime. Meanwhile, Cleveland is touched when Peter finally admits to the accident, so he takes the fall for the crime and Peter is exonerated.

When Joe is trampled in a local running of the bulls and becomes a quadriplegic, the guys find it too difficult to hang around him. Meanwhile, Brian sleeps with a married woman, and when the husband returns home, he pretends to be the family’s new dog.

TV’S FUNNIEST ANIMATED STARS: A PALEY CENTER FOR MEDIA SPECIAL is set to air Monday, Dec. 7 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The two-hour special will honor the 40 most iconic, beloved and groundbreaking animated stars who have influenced generations of fans, created new dictionary entries (D’oh!), broken down barriers with irreverent social commentary and, most importantly, made us laugh.

The special will profile Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Stewie Griffin, Donald Duck, SpongeBob SquarePants, Scooby-Doo and many more. Additionally, the following talent will be interviewed during the special: Pamela Adlon (voice of Bobby Hill), Tony Anselmo (voice of Donald Duck), Todd Barbee (voice of Charlie Brown), H. Less than a month after the BBC assured fans that Family Guy would remain on its stations, ITV acquired the exclusive UK rights. As part of a multi-year deal with Twentieth Century Fox, ITV has also picked up the rights to new and existing seasons of American Dad!, The Cleveland Show, and the upcoming animated sitcom, Bordertown.[3]

From the television category, The Simpsons producer James L. Brooks, celebrity chef Bobby Flay, Seth MacFarlane, NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O’Donnell, Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons, former Saturday Night Live favorite Amy Poehler, Kelly Ripa and Modern Family star Sofia Vergara will receive stars for their work.

In their bid for a "Best Animated" show Emmy, Family Guy sent out a flier poking fun at the scandal involving the closure of a bridge to Fort Lee, New Jersey which saw the bridge closed as political payback for the Mayor of Fort Lee refusing to support Chris Christies' bid for Governor. Federal prosecutors are investigating to see exactly how far up the chain of command the closures were ordered.[7]

To mark the release of Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff mobile game, FOX has given Peter his own Instagram page @peterpumpkineater69. The account is scheduled to stay active the rest of the year as a way to promote both the game and the show. A spokeperson also added that fans might even find hints at future episodes if they watch the Instagram pics closely.[8]
