The Federal Communications Commision (Known as the FCC for short.) is an agency to uphold broadcast standards of the community on systems including television and radio. Programs that are considered in violation of the standards are fined. The The Freakin' FCC is a song sung by Peter, Brian, and Stewie in PTV. Peter is mad that the FCC is taking over television and decides to make his own station with every inappropriate thing that comes to mind like the side boob hour. Lois, mad about his station calles the FCC to shut Peter down. Hey then sings a song about the FCC that goes:

They will clean up all your talking in a manner such as this, They will make you take a tinkle when you want to take a piss. And they'll make you call fellatio a trouser friendly kiss, Here's the plain situation, There's no negotiation with the fellows at the freaking FCC!

They're as stuffy as the stuffiest of special interest groups, Make a joke about your bowels and they order in their troops. Any baby with a brain can tell them everybody poops, Take a tip, take a lesson, you'll never win by messin' with the fellows at the freaking FCC!
