Banks and Duffy are two of the "jocks" of the Barrington Country Club that Carter Pewterschmidt invites to help him throw out Peter in "No Country Club for Old Men" after Chris receives an invitation from Amanda Barrington for the family.
At first they try to help Carter throw Peter out, and when that fails they also try to pee on him and then spit on him which also fails.
