Carlos is a Hispanic day laborer whom Stewie picks up in "American Gigg-olo" in an effort to get Brian fired from Mega Hardware.
When Brian becomes insufferable after adopting a blue collar attitude when he gets a job at the hardware store, Stewie offers three day laborers $20 to come with him so he can pick their brains. However, he finds out that their ideas are primarily limited to getting him deported or killing him. Carlos pushes it even further by inquiring about living with Stewie.
