  • This is the first episode in eight seasons where Daniel Palladino was credited as writer.
  • The episode is presented as being from the writer that wrote the Who’s the Boss? episode "where Tony's uncle dies and leaves him a vineyard." The episode in question is "Inherit the Wine" airing during the seventh season which was really written by Daniel Palladino.[1]
  • Glenn Quagmire becomes "Glenda Vajmire" after becoming a woman.
  • It's revealed that Meg likes the band Coldplay. Meg also loses a conjoined twin and a kidney in this episode.
