Iago was originally the pet and henchman of the evil sorcerer Jafar in the Disney movie, Aladdin, before joining with Aladdin and his friends in the first sequel, The Return of Jafar. He was voiced by Gilbert Gottfried.
In "Foreign Affairs", the family watches Aladdin V: Jafar answers the Census as Jafar has a difficult time answering the examiners questions, unsure if Iago should count as a household member.
