Lee is apparently one of several men that has dated Stewie Griffin in the guise of "Desiree" in We Love You, Conrad.
He has an apparent fondness for a particular pair of boots that Desiree wears. Lee encounters Desiree at the restaurant while she's on a date with Brian Griffin. He later calls her while Stewie, undisguised, is discussing with Brian and his girlfriend Lauren Conrad what to do about Brian's feelings for Jillian Russell-Wilcox.
