Mr. Taylor was the car wash thief from "Ready, Willing, and Disabled". Mr. Taylor may be a fake name he gave to Brian in order to con Meg, Chris, and Stewie out of the $26 they found. When Joe Swanson recognizes and chases him, he tries to escape over a fence but Joe is able to vault the fence, severing his spine and killing him. He was voiced by Ralph Garman.
