Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi (born March 26, 1940) is an American politician who has served as both the Majority and Minority Leader of the United States House of Representatives, being the first woman to hold the office.
When Rush Limbaugh refuses to join Brian in going down to Washington to face Pelosi in "Excellence in Broadcasting", Brian takes it upon himself. She is caught attempting to smoke crack cocaine, but then immediately has Brian arrested and thrown in the County Jail.
When Peter adopts Quagmire's mannerisms after accidentally swapping underwear in "Brief Encounter", he becomes hostile towards Brian, including asking him if he knows Nancy Pelosi's actual title. He fumbles the question by thinking that she's Chuck Schumer's secretary.
She is voiced by Nana Visitor.
