Parker was one of Joe Swanson's new friends in "Believe It or Not, Joe's Walking on Air", along with Portland and Quentin. He is Peter Griffin's replacement and counterpart, after Griffin was deemed too much of a weakling to be his friend now that Swanson had working legs again. Parker enjoys exercising and the Dave Matthews Band. It is assumed Parker and Joe broke off their friendship after Joe became paralyzed again. Parker's name, like Peter's, starts with a "p" and ends with "er".
