Rush is a Canadian rock band originally composed of Jeff Jones, Alex Lifeson, and John Rutsey. Geddy Lee replaced Jones shortly after the group was formed and Rutsey was replaced by Neil Peart in 1974.
In a cutaway gag in "Chick Cancer", Chester Cheetah, high off of cheese dust from Cheetos, declares Neil Peart the best drummer ever before smashing his hand though a glass table.
In "High School English" during a recounting of the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Huck returns from an adventure to find his friend Tom Sawyer is in town for a Rush concert where they wrote a song about him. To celebrate the ending of the story, Rush performs "Tom Sawyer" in concert.
Brian notes that Peter with Lois' gun was a bigger disaster than the time he failed to wear black jeans to a Rush concert.
