- During a lightsaber duel between Obi-Wan (Herbert) and Darth Vader (Stewie), Darth Vader uses a red light saber. After killing Obi-Wan, Darth Vader is seen with a blue lightsaber as stormtroopers fire on the Millennium Falcon as it departs. In the next shot that shows Darth Vader, he is again holding a red lightsaber.
- When the crew are brought to the Millennium Falcon, you can see they are near the door. However, right after Chris (Luke) makes fun of it and Peter (Han Solo) tells him it belonged to his brother, deceased due to Leukemia, they are near the door of the ship.
- When Red October is reporting in, the X-wings have opened their wings, but a few seconds later, the X-wings are seen opening them.
- Danny Elfman's orchestra, shown after Luke's house is torched, has the exact same members as John Williams', even though Williams' orchestra was killed during the attack.
