Sandra Bernhard (born June 17, 1955) is an American comedienne, actress, singer and author. Her observational stand-up comedy gained attention in the late 1970s, often bitterly critiquing celebrity culture and political figures.
She provides her own voice in "Ratings Guy" when Peter gives the Nielsen administrator tickets to her show with seating in the gap between her teeth.
