  • Seth MacFarlane advised of a "surprise" in the episode in a Twitter post on October 15th. The surprise consisted of a cut of 2016 Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump's recorded sexist statements regarding women, which had become a significant campaign issue. An extended cut was released shortly after the episode aired on Facebook and YouTube.
    • According to Inside Family Guy: An Illustrated History, the scene, like a previous Christian Bale gag, was not part of the original script, but a last minute inclusion to take advantage of the timeliness of the gag.
    • Subsequent re-airings of the episode as well as the DVD version replace the Trump cutaway gag with an animal sobriety checkpoint gag.
  • "Workin' For A Living" by Huey Lewis and the News plays during Quagmire's gigolo montage.
  • As promised, Stewie plays "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groban when he picks up the Hispanic day workers.
  • The song that Meg is playing is "Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
    • Meg has no spoken lines in this episode.
  • "Cristo Redentor" by Donald Byrd plays during the HBO documentary.
  • The uncensored DVD version features an extra scene of Stewie and the Hispanic workers, having much of the day remaining, spending the remaining time at a carnival.
