Shelly is a motorist that nearly strikes Stewie with her car when he runs across the street after escaping from a 'time out' imposed by Meg when she is left in charge of babysitting in "Peter's Lost Youth".
Shelly is concerned, but he senses red flags when she starts to discuss not having children of her own and runs away with her in pursuit. After he returns home on his own, he appears in the window of the Griffin home, still trying to appeal to him as he informs Meg not to let her in.
