After seeing a partially undressed Patty in the girl's gym locker room in "Scammed Yankees", Stewie observes that Brian wants Patty more than he wanted the new iPhone. In a cutaway gag in a line outside of Rumps, a patron tries to convince Stewie that he is in the wrong store for an iPhone, but he rejects the comments as an attempt to move up in line.
In a 2017 advertisement for the iPhone 7 sticker feature, Stewie is shown on the back of a youth as he enters a diner and takes a seat with his friends. During the advertisement, "Boys are Boys and Girls are Choice" by the Monks is performed.
In "You Can't Handle the Booth!", Stewie says that the only thing Brian said during his two ad-libs produced for the episode was "Children make iPhones."
Lois notes in "Young Parent Trap" that their new apartment at Millennial Village is unit 4G, which she associates with the iPhone. Peter and Stewie also use the same joke.
