Tina is a girl that Brian Griffin brought home in "The Thin White Line". Apparently addicted to cocaine, Lois notes she has a bit of dried blood under her nose. Tina asks Brian if Lois is his mother, simultaneously taking a shot at her age and implying she is being a bitch.
