  • Peter's comment about going to the Hollywood Hills on a killing spree is a reference to Charles Manson and his followers murders of actress Sharon Tate and 6 others over a 2 day period in 1969.
  • François says, "I would do anything for love, but I won't do that." A reference to the Meatloaf song of the same name.
  • François references Pepe Le Pew chasing Penelope Pussycat, saying he would do the same to Bonnie.
