Fredrick is a parrot that is part of Peter's weekend job as a zookeeper with muscular thighs in a cutaway gag in "Con Heiress".
Instead of showing off the animals, Peter would rather show off his thighs and jumps over a fence into the elephant enclosure. Fredrick is left to run the show on his own, as he notes everyone's lack of enthusiasm over their trip to the zoo.
