[edit] Story
The Greased-Up Deaf Guy- Voiced by Mike Henry. first appeared in Family Guy during the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory company picnic. One of the contests at the picnic (and Peter's favorite) is to catch the Greased-Up Deaf Guy. He is released from a cage saying, "You're never gonna catch me! You're wasting your time! Forget about it! Go do something else! See you next year!" in a high pitched voice, and running off into the forest.
At "Family Guy: Live!" in Montreal on DVD Vol 6, The Greased-Up Deaf Guy was named "Jay" after a fan asked a question about his real name. Mike Henry named him Jay after the audience member who asked the question. His name may now be:
"Jay the Greased-Up Deaf Guy"
