Halle Berry appears in the episode The Courtship of Stewie's Father. Peter and Stewie while at Disney get on "Halle Berry's Wild Ride" where Berry is driving, she runs over several people and then runs away. This is a take on Berry's (multiple) hit and run accidents over the last several years.
