The Harbor Cafe is where Lois Griffin tries to talk to Brenda Quagmire about leaving her abusive boyfriend Jeff on a day out in "Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q.". Lois tries to get her to put down her menu so the waiter would know they are ready to order but Brenda is too slow and the waiter passes them by. Brenda says her ignorance is one of the reasons that Jeff beats her. When Brenda suspiciously continues to wear sunglasses inside the restaurant, Lois discovers Jeff gave her a black eye. Brenda continues to try to justify Jeff's treatment to Lois' disgust.
