Helen is Steve's wife from Brian Goes Back to College. She also suffers from motor neurone disease like her husband. They seemt to fight a lot and sometimes don't like each other. They try to have sex but technically it's not sex since they can't touch each other. She also appeared with Steve in It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One and in a deleted scene intended for No Meals on Wheels. (Along with an infant son.)
