IG-88 is a bounty hunter from the Star Wars universe. He first appeared in The Empire Strikes Back.
He attended the bounty hunter meeting in Something, Something, Something, Dark Side. Stewie Griffin as Darth Vader referred to him as "robot guy".
In It's A Trap!, which parodied Return of the Jedi, Entertainment Tonight celebrated his birthday, which is shared with Lando Calrissian who was played by Mort Goldman, and Pignose. IG-88 turned 27 years old.
Future Joe's body is a copy of IG-88 in "Back to the Pilot".
