Jack and Sarah Kern have appeared in only one episode as adoptive parents to the character Stewie when taken away from Lois and the family. At the end, Peter took him away from them. The episode was called, Love Thy Trophy. Sarah and Jack Kern are the adoptive parents to five children, possibly more. An Asian girl, an African boy, a Mexican boy, etc. May have been seen in crowds of people around town.
