The James J. Buffett Coast Guard Barracks is where Peter and the guys stay in Fort Lauderdale while in service with the coast guard in "Veteran Guy".
When they get caught pretending to be veterans, they are sentenced to actual service during Spring break. While the others want to screw around and watch bikini babes on the beach from the barracks, Quagmire, who actually served in the navy, gets frustrated in his attempts to encourage professionalism.
