Jasper is Brian's gay cousin, a gay dog living in Los Angeles, and a self-declared rice-queen. He works at Club Med as a dance teacher, and let Brian stay in his apartment while Brian was a Hollywood "director."
Jasper enjoys club music and often dances. He appears in four Family Guy episodes and is known for constantly using camp innuendo.
Peter once brought Jasper home to be the family's new dog. However, in this episode it was not mentioned that he was Brian's cousin or that he was gay.
He and his fiancee Ricardo visit Brian and the family at Quahog and, after some difficulty, get married in the garden. According to his myspace, Jasper is 26 years old.[1] He is also in a horny mood.[1]
He is the fourth anthropomorphic dog seen on the show, the others being Brian, "New" Brian and Todd.
