Jeff Banfield is a student at James Woods Regional High School.
When Peter Griffin becomes temporary acting principal of the school in "The Peter Principal", Meg and her friends realize this can be used to avenge themselves of bullies and those that have spurned them. Peter forms an assembly in the school gym and demands Jeff come forward, pull his pants down and take a seat in a bottomless chair, where he will beat his scrotum with a stout rope through the bottom of the chair. Jeff is confused and has no idea what he could have done wrong, although Meg insists he does know. Just as Jeff is about to assume the position, the school board arrives and relives Peter as principal, allowing Jeff to beat a hasty retreat.
