Jennifer Love Hewitt was introduced in the episode "He's Too Sexy For His Fat". She was born as a short, male Eskimo in an unnamed region of the north. He left his village in search of a better life and ended up getting a sex change. The new female Love Hewitt became a famous actress.
In the episode "Stuck Together, Torn Apart", it is revealed that Jennifer Love Hewitt is the niece of Mort and Muriel Goldman. During Peter and Lois's trial seperation, Peter moved temporarily in with the Goldmans and they organised a date for him and their niece. Peter and Jennifer went to a restaurant for their date. Peter's behaviour became increasingly gross and obnoxious which turned on Jennifer and she began to make love to him. Coincidently, Lois had a date with Glenn Quagmire at the same restaurant and she beat up Jennifer Love Hewitt out of jealousy. Jennifer tried to fight back but Lois managed to fend her off, ending the battle with a very loud exclamation consisting of "YEAH YOU BETTER RUN YA LITTLE BITCH!".
In Hell Comes to Quahog, she appears in her show "The Ghost Whisperer" with amazingly large breasts.
