Jesse is the dog of Herbert the Pedophile, who lives down the street from the Griffins. Jesse is paralyzed from the waist down and strongly resembles Herbert. He is known to be a parody of Herbert as they share identical hums and physical disabilities. Jesse makes only four appearances excluding the Family Guy: The Video Game, the first in The Courtship of Stewie's Father, where he is asked to retrieve a ball again in Whistle While Your Wife Works where he races for one of Peter's fingers along with Peter and Joe third in Hell Comes to Quahog making "mmm" sounds before falling asleep and finally Bill and Peter's Bogus Journey while at the aquarium.
