Kirker Butler is a writer and story editor for Family Guy. Kirker is from the small town of Hartford, KY. After attending Western Kentucky University, Butler worked on various plays and films, started his own theater company in Chicago and worked as an editor for WHAS - 11 in Louisville, KY. His short film, "The Confetti Brothers" garnered some attention in Hollywood and led to a job as a writer and story editor for the WB Network sitcom "What I Like About You".
Butler landed a job on the Family Guy writing staff after a spec script he had written was given to Seth MacFarlane.
Butler also has also performed assorted voices for Family Guy, as well as assisting Mike Henry in developing The Cleveland Show.
