Kool-Aid Man (Family Guy Appearance)
Kool-Aid Man (Family Guy Appearance)

Name: Kool-Aid Man AKA "The most positive pitcher"

His original name was "Pitcher Man" - created in 1975. It took the company some time to adjust the name to the catchier "Kool-Aid Man". Soon Kool-Aid Man began to create a regular image, by breaking through brick walls. In his commercials, kids would clap and call for Kool-Aid Man's help. He'd be more than happy to oblige so long as he could break something in the process. It's also at this point that he got his catchphrase - 'Oh Yeahhh!'

The first drink pitcher to play baseball, he also drove go-karts and he knew how to breakdance.

A great drink selling icon, with his own comic books and video games, he finally got a modern appearance in the Family Guy episode Death Has a Shadow.

[edit] Family Guy Appearances

  • In the episode Death Has a Shadow, he crashes through the courtroom wall during the scene where Peter is being sentenced to 24 months in prison, shouting "Oh Yeah!" after most of the Griffins had said "Oh No!" to the verdict.
  • He appears as Drew Barrymore's boyfriend on the red carpet in Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. She confirms that he is "keeping her tongue really red", without elaborating as to how!!
  • During Prick Up Your Ears, the Kool-Aid Man can be seen briefly at the back of the line of people waiting to hit Stewie, in a parody of a scene from the film "Airplane!". He is wearing boxing gloves, rather than carrying his signature pitcher.
  • In Peterotica, a car crashes through the wall of Kool-Aid Man's house, and he remarks "Wow! You know, from the other side, that's kind of annoying." When Peter crashes through the wall again, after Kool-Aid has just finished repairing it, he shouts "Oh, come on!!"
  • In another courtroom scene in the episode Stewie Kills Lois, as Peter is convicted of murdering Lois, the family again all exclaim "Oh No!". Once again the Kool-Aid Man breaks in to say his famous line "Oh Yeah!". The judge then suggests that people need to stop saying "Oh No!" in his courtroom, "otherwise the f*cking Kool-Aid guy is just going to keep showing up".
